ECHO

The concept of ECHO was born in 2014 and is an online journal and an official publication of the Mar Thoma Church – UK-Europe-Africa Diocese. Echo became the official publication of the Diocese to spread the messages across.

The name 'ECHO' (Encourage to Engage, Communication, Harmony and Outreach) is very relevant for us as Christians.

Since the inception, ECHO has published more than 20 issues over the span of 6 years. It was always with the blessing of our Lord, active participation from Church and more importantly, the youth and children. We have a number of talented contributors from within and outside the region. We owe a great deal of appreciation for their support to be where we are today.

Each issue of this journal contains,

• Cover Story - a theme-based article
• Reflections - Mediation to reflect on
• To Ponder / Thoughts - Christian approach to what’s happening around us or Sabha related teachings
• ECHO Garden - Contributions from children such as stories, poem etc.
• News - News about churches and community in the region or widely in Church
